31 July 2008, Thursday Fall 2008 Registration Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm Location: First United Methodist Church REMINDER: Registration after July 31st will be considered late and an additional $10 fee will be added. All new players to MSA must submit a copy of their birth certificate at registration. IMPORTANT: In order to comply with the new Midlothian Parks and Recreation Department park user fees we are asking you to bring a copy of your city water or city waste management bill to registration to show proof of city residence for each player being registered. It will be mandatory to show your city water or city waste management bill to be eligible for in-town park user fees. The Fall 2008 park user fees will be $5 for Midlothian city tax payers, and $15 for non-Midlothian city tax payers. These fees are mandated by the City of Midlothian therefore Midlothian Soccer Association does not control the amount of the park user fee. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
